We all work for companies that in some way or another could be interpreted as unethical; even being a member of a capitalistic system -- no matter how insignificant -- is considered by some to be immoral. But... having seen the negative impact of Juul on my children’s school district, I can't see how anyone working for that company could justify working there unless they had absolutely no other choices. Bay Area-wise we live in a pretty poor area; and believe me we have more than our share of problems without having to deal with Juul’s slickly marketed products like their “Watermelon Flavor Pods”. Juul’s very existence is predicated on getting people addicted to recreational drugs. Is there anyone from Juul here who could explain why they’re working there?
it’s a free market in a culture that has no ethics or morals. those who boycott working for them for morals are simply just increasing the next employee’s paycheck. the markets efficient so I doubt the boycott would be consequential to a non-negligible extent. not to say I agree with the practice.
Lol how about all the people who now vape a Juul instead of smoking cigarettes? Pretty big win for their health right there
First off no one owes you an explanation. 2nd tobacco kills 480k people a year in the US alone 3) we are trying to help Improve the lives of a billion smokers on the world 4) we sell to 21 and over only 5) if you don’t smoke, don’t start.
Please be honestly with us: I go through a pod a day... Will I die one day or live forever?
^^ Do people at Juul use Juuls?

Oh shut the fuck up
Great comeback Tableau! You used up a few synapses on that one.
Tableau, your responses and the keen intellect behind them are a fine cautionary example of the dangers of mental deterioration associated with vaping.
Yet you can’t figure out how to reply to a comment and think that kids haven’t been illegally smoking for decades.
You work for Oracle
To paraphrase Stroustrup... There are only two kinds of company: Companies that matter, and Oracle.
Stop virtue signaling. Who is unethical is the government and law enforcement that did nothing to stop all of the illegal vending and purchasing

Ah... the ole “don’t virtue signal” catch all response. That’s always used when I bring up my President’s ethical transgressions with my relatives in West Virginia
