I’m at Amazon and my WLB isn’t bad meanwhile my friend in Meta is burnt out due to PSC

Or just keep interviewing for MSFT/Google for better WLB and lower TC

  Well unless you are using the remaining time to work and make money or anything useful then sure dollars per hour. Else at the end of the year you’ll not have made the extra dollars and simply watched a couple hundred Netflix movies and shows. In which case the extra dollars would have been better.
