Facebook has been consistently ranked as one of the best places to work . And I've found several blog posts that says why it is. But as a current employee of Facebook, what is that you hate the most at your work? Please also mention how much of engineering experience you have 1-5 6-10 10-15 15+

The absolute worst thing is when candidates ask me the same exact question in interviews and I have to struggle to find one thing I don’t like about the place! Seriously though, apart from some TC related stuff I absolutely love it here, particularly compared to my earlier companies. YMMV but I almost know it will be a step down when I move, so it has to have other offsetting benefits (higher TC and unique projects) 15 yoe
Oh come on. Doesn't matter what company it is, after 1 year you start to see the skeletons in the closet. There is always something bad about some company.
Its possible that the skeletons were that much more obvious in companies where I worked before. They were non tech, so naturally had crazy org and cultural issues. Bad things are typically relative. Maybe could also be org specific etc at FB. Any petty problems I see otherwise just pale in comparison.
The hardest thing they face is the fdic insurance levels for their bank accounts. It’s a pain to have to open so many accounts.

What about all Indians teams?
All of the media scrutiny can be annoying. Especially when speaking with people misinformed enough to think we’re actually “evil” - I’m not always in the mood to explain matters.
