Which company has the worst wlb and high pressure?
Amzn is the only company here that doesn't have wlb. They have the "circle" :)
Tesla or SpaceX? Why aren't those on it?
I remember seeing this type of posts onec in a while...
Worked at FB(E5) and Amazon(L6). FB is way worse for wlb.
Fully agreed. I’m not sure why AMZN wlb is ranked worse than FB. FB is like if you enjoy wlb, you are either super smart, or you are on your way to be managed out eventually.
Amazon is way worse. Hence why there's so many joining from G -> FB and staying but few to none to A. And FB employees happiness and WLB in aggregate is good , just check out the blind survey here and see where amazon stacks up instead of anecdata: https://www.teamblind.com/blog/index.php/2020/01/16/employees-need-personal-growth-to-be-happy-in-their-workplace/
Apple
Depends on the org and time of year. Can be chill as google or shitty as amazon

Snap is on another planet. Perhaps it has changed, but when I was there it was mandatory weekends & holidays and I averaged 12h a day.
:( I'm seriously considering an offer from them...When did you work?
2016 to early 2019. It was far and away the worst experience I’ve had in my career. Great money but I wouldn’t put my family through that again.
