Will it help or hurt? And should I add an extra certifications line for it or add it in parenthesis in the skills section, i.e AWS (SAA certification)?
Always put relevant certifications on your resume and yes, they should be separate from the skills section.
Doesn't matter. Leetcode
You should instead work at AWS
Dude just get the other two associate aws certs and maybe the big data one and put em all on one line. I did this and it helped get me past recruiters and have initial goodwill with hiring managers. Most unicorns are using aws so they will like it. Btw have low expectations of how other companies structure aws permissions/accounts outside of capital one
Seems a little redundant to get all 3, no? They have so much overlap. But yeah maybe a Big Data one might be nice.

Are we ready to buy our forever home?
Put it under Certifications section in a new line. I think it is definitely worth.
Is it awkward though just to create a new line for this one cert?
I think it is fine unless other awards in that section are Noble Prize, Oscar and Guiness world record.
