Would do anything for referrals

Happy Friday everyone,

After completing my Masters from CS I got a job in D.C. Unfortunately, despite having some of the best colleagues to work with the upper management at my company sucks to the core.

For my first H1B attempt after getting all the documents from me the HR lady calls me in to office one day before filling to inform me that they can't go ahead with it due to 'political reasons'. Her reasoning was that after talking to the company lawyers they said it would be rejected. I argued that if it's a money issue let me pay for it and since it's a lottery you can't say it would definitely be rejected. Anyways, they didn't file for H1B that year.

Filed for H1B next year but it wasn't picked up in the lottery. Fair enough! Next year is going to be my last attempt at H1B. After being frustrated at my management for so long I buckled up and have been doing leetcode for almost 1 year and I went onsite recently for Amazon and Microsoft. I got some positive feedback for each but was rejected for different reasons.

Which brings me to today. I have 1 interview lined up next week but after that I'm dead in the water. I've been motivated for so long but today I'm feeling completely dejected and hopeless. If you are kind enough to refer me I would be more than happy to help you in any way I can as long as your company sponsor.
