#tech
Hi, I have been at Facebook for 5 years and before that I was in Amazon for 2 years, I feel like Facebook is becoming like Amazon, I seen people scare of getting fire more and more and even some of my coworkers have confided that they have anxiety over a low ranking and some that were good got fired this last half. I have an offer in hand from TikTok is just about 10% more money but I'm wondering someone that left Facebook to TikTok thinks that they made the right decision? For their mental health?
