I heard salesforce’s culture is very high octane “churn and burn” mentality. Could be wrong about that though.

Only really referring to reviews on Glassdoor. Definitely don’t have first hand knowledge though.
Salesforce is practically two different companies, one engineering and one sales. They have very different cultures. I wouldn’t be surprised if the sales processed burned people out while they tried to hit their numbers. Most of engineering has good wlb.
Absolutely - salesforce is mostly junk tech , microsoft is where real innovation in software happens . It’s also easy to get into salesforce.

I worked in MSFT for 15 years. At any day, I would choose SFDC. Because of one thing - culture
