Pro: Safe uplevel, Step by step approach, No risk of job, Good WLB, Culture
Con: Low TC
Facebook E5 = Google L5
TC: ~410k
Pro: Aggressive uplevel, High TC, Quick growth if survive the rough patch
Con: Risky, Bad WLB, Backstabbing culture (if I am not wrong)

How did it turn out? How did you manage?
I picked FB since the comp difference was too much for me to ignore.
I am still in bootcamp but I think even if you stay 1 year at FB, youโll make 500K which was 2x my current TC
