Getting a FAANG offer , is it such a big deal?????

Recently got offer from META/FACEBOOK. And have to move from India to Europe .
I waited for visa process to start before I tell my friends and family

People are going crazy hearing this and constantly telling me how big of a deal it is.

Contrary to this i actually just feel very normal more worried about logistics and stuff

Is it normal is it really that big deal?
