Wrong work visa, stuck at airport! Suggest.

Got a work visa for joining a new company. Now I'm stuck at the destination airport, as apparently the work visa had some clerical errors. The company's government affairs team is coordinating with immigration to get this sorted but it's already 6 hrs.
Should I blame the company or what should I do? This is so frustrating!
Has anyone had similar experience?

Learn tips and tricks surviving in airport. ๐
Reconfiguring airport terminals to support internal transit zones is a social/environmental change. Doing it requires the use of technology not currently in use at US airports (especially at the time) such as passport and badge scanners when entering the international zone from the domestic zone.
So for example the I-94 paper departure record that existed when Termjnal was made, would not have worked. It would have had to be electronic (as it is now) if the same Immigration and Naturalization Act was in place.
Terminal is at best alternate reality. And alternate reality is considered science fiction if not fantasy (but fantasy is considered science fiction: any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic) because for us to perceive that reality requires the ability to move or view alternative universes.
Itโs science fiction like the Handmaidโs Tale or the Invention of Lying. It presents a fantastic (therefore science fiction) premise and creates a drama around it.
Enjoy your win.
