I’m interviewing for a SWE position in Splunk IT. Completed an initial interview with hiring manager. He was talking a lot, seemed like he was trying hard to convince me somehow that IT is better than R&D.
Also he was keen on finishing the interview process at the earliest and roll out an offer by mid-Jan.
Though the manager seemed pretty nice but I’m having second thoughts about the entire org.
From other threads, I see the TC in IT and Engineering is pretty much same.
But other than that can someone shed light on how is IT org at Splunk in terms of career growth?
