VMWare vs Freshworks vs InsideView/Demandbase

Hi Guys,

Need help in choosing from below offers.

current TC: 22LPA
YOE: 5

looking for wlb and good work.

VMWare is saying it can't increase further and same with Freshworks but not sure if I can negotiate or not.

also.today is my last working day so please help to choose.

Freshworks:
Role: senior software engineer
CTC: 30LPA- no variable pay
Retention: 20LPA(10L at end of first month , 5L end of 12th Month , 5L end of 24th Month)
Joining bonus(4LPA)
Location: Remote
No RSU's

VMWare:
role : mts3
CTC (29.6LPA which include 3L variable)
Relocation: 2L
RSU's - 37500$ vested 4 years(12.5% every 6 months)
Location: Banglore

Insideview(DemandBase)
role: senior software engineer
CTC: 30LPA
Joining Bonus: 3LPA
ESOPS: 5000units(Not listed yet but HR told it would list in 6 months - 1year)
Location:Remote
