Take a ferry from Seattle to Vashon Island or Bainbridge Island. Explore the island. Or head north to Anacortes and go to one of the San Juan Islands. Or make a day trip out of Deception Pass and Whidbey and take the ferry to start or to end your day.
You can rent canoes or kayaks by the University of Washington and enjoy the lake. You can also rent all kinds of fun boats on Lake Union including hot tub boats and trivia game boats, no boating license needed.
Elliott Bay Trail is fun if you hop on some scooters.
Hit up the Piroshki place in Pike's Place.
