I already have an offer from Atlassian(Base-12L, 50kUSD Stocks over 4 years + other Atlaasian benefits). Also expecting an offer from Twitter,India. What about Twitter,India's work culture, teams, perks/benefits etc? Also, heard that they are offering a base of 19.9L. Is that right? Haven't heard any other company offering that high a base in India to a new grad .
Update: Twitter TC- 19.9L base + 20kUSD RSUs over 4 years + 4L other allowances
Thanks in Advance:)

Sprinklr: 30 l base
Confluent: 23 l base
Harness: 21 l base
And the list goes on..
LC is the key and๐ฒjust follows in
Atlassian TC is 12L base + 9.13L RSU which is around 21.13.
Genuinely asking, what are the benefits offered by Atlassian to make the TCs same? Are you counting stock appreciation or performance bonus? How much is the minimum performance bonus?
Twitter offers extremely good food, commute, wellness allowances as benefits amounting to the number mentioned in the post. Stock refreshes are provided at both the places
Also, I think Twitter is including both employee and employer PF in its base because they did not mention that separately. Not sure though. Atlassian's base excludes Employer's PF Contribution and yes, they offer quite a lot in terms of RSUs- Cannot ignore that
