Just got an offer from FB! Would love to get answers on a few shuttle questions:
1) I live in SF and would need to commute to MPK. Is there only one stop in the Sunset (Kirkham)?
2) How often does the commute take 2 hours? I need to be at work by 10am.
3) How full are the buses?
4) ....aaaand because I need coffee to be functional in the morning, do the buses have bathrooms?
My recruiter wasn’t very helpful in answering my questions. She drives and i can too, but I’d like to try the shuttles first.

Taking first shuttle around 6am take around 1-1.5hr, 7am or after plan for 1.5-2hr. they shortened number of stops shuttles made over the years to help with congestion and duration. Hope others can help with more details.
There's a ton of variability for personal commutes depending on what stop you get on and off the shuttle. Traffic is terrible on campus and you can easily lose 15m in the last 2 miles. Somewhat similarly if you're the first pickup of the shuttle you'll lose extra time everyday while they pick others up.
Buses are generally pretty full for peak hours. This can vary a lot based on how popular your route is. Popular routes have a lot more buses allocated.
IMHO the commute from SF is brutal (unless you live like in mission/bernal right next to 101). I'd really highly recommend avoiding it if possible. Maybe there are roles available in the SF office for you or maybe you can move to south Bay.
