Looks good but I'm in design so might differ. Hulu/Disney recently went thru a re-org/level. The target bonus and annual LTI will be the same for people in the same level.

I didn't get a new hire LTI nor Sign on bonus 😒

I am not a manager, but based on what I've seen, for 3YOE, I think this is a solid offer at Hulu. You did well by negotiating the Sign-on bonus and new hire grant.
I believe that with that initial grant + bonus your TC will be close or at the same level as many Sr. SWE (Disney P3) in Y1.

When it comes to work and culture, I don't want to minimize what we have gone through over the past year, it has been rough. But as a new hire, you will have the opportunity to work on one or more products that have a huge reach. True, many of us will end up working on two different platforms... at the end of the day is a matter of perspective either you are doing double duty or you will get to work on and unify two of the largest streaming platforms.

Hopefully, you'll end up in a good team where burnout is not the norm.

If you decide to join, best of luck to you, there are very interesting times ahead of us.

I decided to accept their offer. I figured the same, that I would get valuable look into the merging of two large streaming products, which I expect work ahead but pretty solid career growth opportunities. I still consider myself early stages in my career so I value the growth opportunity.
Thank you for the valuable insight, I really appreciate it! It’s good to know my negotiating led to something solid, they were a little tough to get to flex!
