Happy weekend folks,
I was able to get to the comp stage at Google for L4 in Seattle SLU campus.
Here is the initial offer: 151k base, 330k stocks, 15% bonus. 30k sign on.
With front loaded stocks:
TC for first year: 312.55
TC for second year: 282.55
Average TC for 4 years: 263.65
For now, I have requested them to review the numbers again. Can I get a review on how these numbers compare to l4 band and any advice on how to get an increase. Getting a competitive offer is not an option due to family commitments.
Also does anyone know how much stock refreshers I can expect in year 3 & 4?
YOE: 4
Current TC: 220k

CME means "consistently meets expectations" for your performance rating. It's basically the "you did fine but you won't get promoted unless you do better" rating.
