How is work culture and WLB? and how its different from DirectI work culture wise?

Whats is the compensation breakup like for SSE?

What are employee benefits?

    A lot of issues are there in Zeta.

    It's overhyped.

    You will always keep on following people here, not for work but for very small small things as well.

    Benefits provided has so much terms and conditions that people prefer not to take them.

    HRs are rude.

    People reply in days.

    Culture needs to improve a lot.

    People in the teams work extra hours and on weekends also. Leadership also promotes working on weekends. WLB is very bad. Overhyped company.

    Though manager says, you should not work on weekends.. but in the next meeting they say if you want x person time then it's best you catch him on weekend as on weekend there will not be any disturbance.

    Lot of hustle, work is boring in most backend teams - just crud on top of in-house abstraction wrappers of well known OSS software.

    New SSE get around 60-65TC afaik
