    Yes. Why?

    Pros: More money, better title, more experience / exposure
    Cons: Chance of PiP

    1. You fail and get PiP. Go back to the old role / level, but with experience at the next. Might speed up promo, or actually give you enough experience to land that role elsewhere
    2. OR, You do well and it works out
