Passed HC. In a negotiation stage.
I have a little over 3 yoe but got downleveled.
Also interviewing with Uber and Meta, but wanted to ask what's a good and realistic TC (with a breakdown -- base rsu signon) that I can ask.

Without any competing offers, it’ll be a standard new grad offer (~$220k for bay area). If you get those $300k+ Uber/Meta, then G will try to match, but it’ll be close to around ~$270k max. I’ve seen some $300k+ L3 offers, but they’re extremely rare.

I think you can even shoot for 157k/200k/30k. Btw, year-end bonus is usually higher than 15%, closer to 20%. I’m not sure if 157k base is possible for L3 bay area, in that case negotiate more for RSUs.

      Thanks again for the replies.
I just want to assume the worst case that I don't get offers from uber and meta.
So, without competing offers, do you think 230k (4yr avg -- 157k base, 180k/4 rsu, 20k signon) could also be hard?
If I could choose between the high base (~160k) and average RSU (160 is what it says on levels.fyi), what would you recommend?
