Hi blinders
I've been negotiating with LinkedIn for about a week now
After some back and forth they are willing to move the comp to what I'm asking for but only if I commit to accepting the offer.
How do I ask for more time? I'm waiting to get numbers from couple other companies.
PS: I have posted my experience and offer details in another post. Not posting here to maintain anonymity.
Thanks!

Maybe LinkedIn is lame about it, but who cares. There is a huge talent crunch. As long as you aren't director level + you aren't burning any bridges at most places.
Yes, the level matter when we are talking about the compensation ranges. But I am asking about company policy about blacklisting candidates who renege. That should be uniform across levels in my understanding
remote position?
Also what number and TC you are offered ?
