Looking for referrals to CFD/thermal engineering positions

Hi, I'm posting this for my partner. They're an engineer with 7+ years of experience in simulation and optimization for clients trying to solve CFD/Thermal problems. Experience is primarily in the automotive space as well as in the aerospace, energy, medical devices industries (their current job is more of a consultant type role). Looking to move into a product development role in CFD/Thermal engineering or design optimization. Appreciate if people in similar fields could:

1. Please help with referrals at some of the companies below (certainly interested in startups as well - anywhere that they can get to do some cool hands-on engineering).
