obligatory yoe - 16+ in java, includes 9+ in android, 13+ on dual-intent work-visa.
obligatory tc - $90 per hour contractor.

anticipating an offer. will share numbers later.
sinking ship, or worth pursuing ?

am in the middle of my life and career both. i don't think i can gamble my work-visa, when i could be so close to an EAD in a few years from now. i also don't have the time and patience to continue interviewing desperately a year or two from now. i'll keep myself up-to-date, but i don't necessarily have to keep looking for new jobs, that's all.

    i found their product to be boring and very lacking. i’m not their target customer tho. should be easy enough to get growth numbers from them to decide

      1. I don't expect huge equity growth.
      2. Don't know the C-group and their exit strategy.
      3. Downleveled from Staff to Senior-II
      4. Through the interview loops, all except hiring manager seemed reasonably excited and welcoming, and I reciprocated just enough. Have a bad hunch reporting manager is not convinced about the hire decision, but the team must have given a strong hire feedback.
      5. In all, don't have competing offers in same tier of companies, but I think I am going to reject this, no hard feelings.
