Just thought about it, most of my tech interviews I dress pretty casually and it’s never been a problem, I previously worked at a place with a pretty serious dress code though so wanted to ask what is two sigma’s stance on this? What should I wear to the interview?

When interviewers talk amongst themselves they're less likely to say "Oh yeah Julio? He was great." It's going to be "the guy with the cool sneakers..." or "that gal with the dark red blouse made a point about ABC".
And I didn’t say wear a suit and brogues? It’s a button up shirt—for what— 6 hours? If you really have to, at least iron your t-shirt. 🙄
