Requesting for evidence, EB3. What’s next?

I just submitted RFE about a month ago. It only asked for a health examination, so I did it.

I also received advance travel parole and work permit 2 weeks ago, expire in 1 year.

Any idea what’s gonna happen next for me, am I close to getting a GC?

Just a little concern about all the policy changes that happened lately.
