Legalzoom ipo date. Can employees confirm?

I noticed a lot of employees leaving Intuit for Legalzoom. It seems like the senior leadership which moved could be pulling people. Curious, is there a scope of an upcoming ipo? Was that mentioned in your hr/referral conversation? #equity #startup
