Xilinx offer

Hi, I have received an offer from xilinx, San Jose with 130k base, 72k in RSU(over 4 years) 10% annual bonus 10k(sign on + relocation). I am given the position of senior software engineer. I have 2 years of relevant experience. Is this a good offer?
