Had a phone screen interview with a Xilinx recruiter 3 weeks ago, and it went pretty well. We just had a brief conversation about the job details, salary range, and my work experiences based on my resume. The recruiter said I will be getting a call from a hiring manager within few days. But there's no response back until now. Here's what happens after the phone screening: I sent a thank-you email to the recruiter right after. I waited for the next round interview information for a week, but there's no response. So I sent a follow-up email, but still no response. And I sent another follow-up email a week later. No response. I was going to send another email today, but I don't want to rush him in case the both recruiter/hiring manager are still deciding me as one of many potential applicants. He usually replies me back on time, and he even replied me with "No" answer last time I applied for another position. This is why I still can't lose hope for this opportunity :( Did this happen to all of you as well? Does this process usually take more than 2-3 weeks? Can you share your interview process? Any tips/info would be helpful. Thank you in advance!
When they let you hanging for this long that means they aren't interested
There is no uniformity amongst hiring managers. Its possible the hiring manager got busy, it’s possible that the organization lost the requisition, it’s possible they are scheduling talks with other candidates. No matter what, do yourself a favor, don’t think about it too much, and seek other offers in parallel.

Get info via contacts if possible. Dont oversend same mail, anybody will get irritated. Since each process might be different, we cant generalize any reason. I doubt it should take 3 weeks for s response but then may be, they are comparing competitive resumes.
Yes that’s true. How was yours tho?
Mine was ok. Dont remember details but time wise, it wasnt long..may be 2 weeks end-to-end wrap up and offer.
