YOE: 10+
All offers are for "Staff engineer". Remote eligible, but I live in HCOL.

LinkedIn:
Base: 250k
Bonus 37.5k (15%)
RSU: 162.5k (650/4, 1 year cliff)
Sign-on: $70k
Pros: Great brand, wlb, culture, great food, great benefits/perks, happy with team/work.
Cons: heard refreshers aren't guaranteed; But I was expecting them to pay high TC with competing offer. They wouldn't budge.

VMware:
Base: 270k
Bonus 54k (20%)
RSU: 125k (500/4, 1 year cliff)
Sign-on: $0k
Pros: Good brand, wlb, culture, good benefits, team seems to be chill. Great base pay and Bonus (Cash is king).
Cons: Not interesting work(I might get bored). No sign on.

Affirm:
Base: 235k
Bonus 0%
RSU: 237.5k (one 3 yr grant, one 2 yr grant, no cliff; vests every month)
Sign-on: $0k
Pros: OK brand, wlb?culture, good benefits (~700 stipend monthly); like the work, 26 holidays etc; Growth potential; stock seem to be undervalued. Heard performance grants are huge. They projected my 4th year pay to be $667k!
Cons: No 401k; They almost try to fool you by giving a $35 stock at $50 or more(floor value); so to be even, stock has to grow at least 42%!!! Fintech seems to be under pressure. Volatile stock.
