Inmobi Offer dilemma
I have received an offer from Inmobi.(SDE-1) Offer - 21(fixed) + 2(jb) + 300rsu(23lakh/4) Tc - 29 per year EXPERIENCE - 11 months Current TC- 13(fixed) + 1(bonus) + 50k(variable) Tc - 14.5 per year Should i settle here or interview at other places?. I have offers from (Shipsy, PropertyGuru, Limeroad)(All giving around 20lpa). I have interviews aligned with FanCode, C2FO, Google, Dunzo(i cancelled it after clearing test), MakeMyTrip(i cancelled it after clearing 1 round). The team i am about to join in inmobi is pretty new. My priority is to learn good stuff.

Can you please tell how you were able to get interview call from Google ? There are no openings for people with 1 YOE on their career website.
There is no guarantee you will clear G as bar will be quite different. Try for it but keep backup ready. Try fancode as dream11 can pay more money.
Which team are you joining? Most of the teams in inmobi work on good stuff unless it's a support team.
I was offered role in cloud commerce team ( seems new team as suggested by the interviewer )
I'm not aware of this team but this doesn't sound like a support-ops/production engg. team. Since this is a new team(0 to 1 product), learning curve would be lot steeper as compared to teams with established product.
Paytm is going to IPO soo, why in God's name would you leave now?
They aren't providing much stocks. Just 50k in stocks(which is also acc to performance). So, won't be able to get much benefit of IPO.
What's the stock price/valuation inmobi is offering the rsus at? You may benefit from their ipo
They are saying it's 100usd/rsu. I was given 300 rsu / 4 year.
