Hello,

I see most premium processing approvals for visa transfer were on or before day 13. I got my receipt on May 8th and haven't heard yet. Since today is the 14th day, does it imply an RFE is on its way? :/ Anyone else applied around the same time?

These USCIS guys are stupid. How can one quote the academic relevance after 15 years of experience. No one will remember even if they did computer science. They totally neglect the job experience and compare only with academics. Bull shit.
