In case this helps anyone, this is my timeline for H1b transfer approval:

1. 21st March 2022: Offer accepted
2. 28th March 2022: Fragomen reached out (my recruiter wasn’t sure if I would need a transfer which caused a delay)
3. 28th March 2022: All documents submitted
4. 29th March 2022: Fragomen reached out for additional documents. Submitted on the same day
5. 1st April 2022: Sent for signature to Amazon
6. 5th April 2022: Application ready
7. 6th April 2022: Case filed at Vermont Center
8. 7th April 2022: USCIS received application
9. 8th April 2022: Receipt received from USCIS
10. 14th April 2022: Petition approved

Contrary to many threads on Blind, I had a very smooth experience with Fragomen and they were very responsive to my emails and questions through the process.

thnx for Quick reply OP , do I need to work at all with the employer who sponsored my H1b or any thing I need like payslips from him I have I 797 notice and visa stamped

  You don’t have to. There is nothing stopping you legally. You can have your H1b tied to two employers at the same time and choose to work for one of them. Just make sure you have an approval from another employer before you notify and leave the current employer. If you are new to this entire process and if you can afford it, it might be valuable engaging with your own personal immigration attorney who can guide you through the process.

  Oh you might need payslips for your h1b transfer. I am not sure about this specific situation. You might want to check with this with the attorney of your new employer
