Credit one bank Nepotism

The VP of Portfolio balance growth at credit one bank is best friends with an analyst of the team. The analyst is utterly incompetent and unable to perform any analysis. Furthermore, the analyst has no technical coding skills in SAS or python. Recently, the VP promoted her bestie to analyst 2 and hired an analyst 1 onto the team to report to the analyst 2. Neither analyst knows any coding language or has any relevant analytical skills. It’s quite laughable. The SVP and EVP have allowed this. Is there any type of HR action that can be taken to penalize this corruption? Is an EEO complaint possible?
