What is LinkedIn pymetrics game ? Do all job applicants get to play this or only the ones who clear some level of shortlisting ?
I have noticed that it’s only for few positions. I know this because I was asked to give pymetric test and my friend did not as both were different positions. If you give the test then it is valid for 1 year. Hope it helps
It's a neuroscience based game that gauges your cognitive and emotional traits. Depends on the company to decide if a few shortlisted or all candidates play the games. Also for which roles that they want to use it for. Generally with assessments like this (SHL, pymetrics, etc.) it comes down to cost, because company will need to pay vendors like pymetrics a set fee or per assessment taken.
It’s a second step after you apply and everyone gets that if it is applicable to that position. They match your soft skills by looking at test results to the job description.
Wondering the same thing. Anyone know?
