I posted elsewhere, TC offer $385 average over 4 years, non HCOL. People in other thread said it seems low and I should negotiate to $500k or even $600k, but I look on levels.fyi and the average looks more like $333k.

What am I missing? Where are they getting 500-600? How should I negotiate this offer? I also have a crummy offer from Google and might be getting one from Meta soon.

When I did a descending order sort for sde 3s, these are the numbers I see
The real question is whether Andy Jassy is with OP.
OP said he lives in a non-HCOL area, and if you search L6’s in Texas and Virginia, the highest the TC goes is like 450k max. I think OP would be able to get it up to 400k without counter-offers if he’s desirable enough.
