Whats the right time to sell a call option?

I have a couple of call options. The first one was up 200% (for #IPOC which is now clover health #CLOV) but now I am up only like 10% cause after the reverse merger with spac clover health has not taken off the way i expected it to. I am in a similar situation with another SPAC (the reverse merger has not been announced yet). I am up around a 100%. Should I sell my options now expiration in mid April) or wait and see what happens. Btw my profits are not crazy just high %. Any advise would be highly appreciated.
