Guys what are you doing with your FB stocks? Down almost 8% today. Companies starting to pull their ads. Yesterday Verizon, Unilever today said no more ads till end of the year.
Is this going to create a chain reaction?
Edits: Honda, Coca-Cola and Hershey also joined the boycott.
Diageo Starbucks and Pepsi also joined.
Microsoft, Adidas, Reebok, Ford, HP now too.

I’m surprised more of you aren’t suspicious at the incredibly convenient timing. These companies are using the pandemic crash of consumer spending to piggyback on the cause of social justice, because that’s good, free PR. You’ll notice that not a single advertiser that has left has said “we’re leaving for good” — quite the opposite, every single one has said “we’re leaving for just a few months.”
You are gullible if you honestly believe this is going to affect FB’s bottom line.🙂 keep dreaming!
I paid for my Kindle. Why the f*ck am I still seeing sh*tty ads whenever I open it up?
I paid for my IPhone and yet I still see crappy ads all over the App Store.
I spend thousands of dollars on Amazon and yet I still see ads on amazon.com.
I pay for Uber and I see ads whenever I start my ride.
