How do I get an interview at SpaceX?

I’ve wanted to work at SpaceX for a while but I can never seem to get a response from my applications even though I feel like I’m a solid fit for a lot of the software engineering positions listed.

I’m local to Hawthorne and have lived here all my life so it’s the ideal job for me. I want to see if I can get help from SpaceX employees on what I should do. I’m willing to share my resume to get feedback if anyone is willing to help before I begin applying this time.
