Yes. H1 doesn't mean you can't get a mortgage. And what do you mean "on Redfin"?

Redfin offers mortgages in some parts of the country. I don't see why H1B would matter for that.

  A conforming loan. We did go with PNC for buying our primary house. But they would take long to close and were expensive, so we are planning to go with Redfin this time.

Just an update for posterity. Redfin does provide mortgages for H1B holders.
