Does Red Hat revoke approved I140 if the employee quits within 6 months of the approval?

  • Depends on your manager. Red Hat will let Fragomen know when you leave. Fragomen will pull back your H1 petition and your manager will have the ability to pull i140 as well.

    Why do you want to take the risk? Wait for 6 months and after that Red Hat can't withdraw i140.

    • I don't know if Red Hat will revoke. As you said, most of the big companies don't revoke. Some employers revoke to stick it back to the employee leaving. But I think Red Hat will not play that dirty.
