Sup Blinders!
I'm new to the whole concept of RSUs, but after doing some reading on here, I think I have the basics covered.
I am curious about one thing though, since the stock market is volatile and RSU value will swing based on earnings report and many other factors:
Is the trend to sell RSUs as soon as they're distributed (or vested), or do you prefer to hold on to them in hopes of cashing in big at some point?

If your company gave you a bonus of the same amount as your RSU vesting, would you spend all the post-tax bonus money on buying your company’s stock? If the answer is absolutely yes, then hold your vested RSUs. If the answer is heck no, sell immediately and do whatever you do with money. Good luck!
If there is upside you will enjoy it in your unvested stock anyway.
