Fb is pretty strict about their leveling as they keep a pretty high standard. Pulling in a competing offer probably won't do anything

  There was a topic recently by someone who got promoted from 3 to 5 in two years. I think FB levels are extremely inflated. Such E5 won’t be L5 at any decent company.

  If you get L6 then yes maybe but if you didnt get E6 FB its very hard to get L6 google they usually down level
