Allegedly there might be some form of bonus structure where people receive equity.
(This is not refreshers which are extra RSU for the underpaid).
Can anyone explain how it works and what level of performance is required to get it?

That being said L6 SDE offers right now are more than my Meta E5 TC, even counting refreshers and 15% bonus. Negotiating comp on L6 offer right now and about to jump. Previously was at Amazon and liked it more than Meta. Worst case I boomerang back
