What’s the culture at Flexport like? I understand it was more focused on operations before but now is it turning around with more of a focus on engineering?

  • There’s been a huge push on engineering the past year but specifically the past 5/6 months. New CTO from Amazon Logistics pushing us to refactor all of the existing tech debt and so a lot of the current conversations revolve around this problem of how do we get this to REALLY scale for larger customers and as the business itself expands.
