Something to consider is that G will have much better refreshers, so that’ll start to make a difference if you plan on staying for a good chunk of time.
If the teams are unknown, then I’d prob lean towards G tbh. Switching teams at MSFT is a pain in the ass and G will treat you better overall
I’m in Azure Core and it’s pretty meh. Will likely leave in the next year or so. MSFT is pretty cheap with some things too + internal tools and infra suck. I absolutely hate working on Windows
