Dont goto Meta unless you have approved I-140 from other company else be prepared to face immigration hell

  To clarify, Meta is closely working with DOJ but its gonna take 2 years min to get the ball rolling and then there could be backlog so take decision accordingly

And no, meta’s perm issue hasn’t resolved yet. Much higher audit rate and market test failure rate.

Hence debating if I should take the offer…

  There will be. FB has to establish that the new process is reasonable. DOJ's tool to confirm that is audits. I can't see another way. The pdf isn't opening for me, but there was a 2 year probation period or something, and during that period they had to go through higher audits.
