Yelp - Salary Expectations

I'm considering a software engineering position at Yelp, and I was just curious about what the total compensation (base, signing, equity), would be for someone with about 3 years experience. Can't find much info aside from paysa, which I'm guessing is inaccurate.

Paysa is very over rated IMHO

I would have to agree, however for some of the smaller tech companies, Glassdoor salaries seem significantly lower than the average. I'd like to think the actual TC is somewhere between what is reported on Glassdoor and paysa.

Is that for new grad or 3 years exp? What is typical RSU Grant? 150k? Are there typically singing bonuses? 115 is less than what I was expecting

How much RSU did they offer?

In general, Yelp pays well but sometimes struggles to compete with other companies like LinkedIn, FANG, etc. Our team has lost two candidate to LinkedIn over compensation. Comp varies across engineering teams based on skill set. I think infra teams and ads teams pay better on average. Two engineers on my team who are two years out of a Master's program are on 135 base plus around 50 in RSUs per year. That said, they joined as new grads and the stock has done really well since then.

Re: sign on bonus, the default is not to offer one but I've heard of bonuses of up to 10K being given.

What would the typical compensation look like for someone with more experience, in the 4-6 years of experience range? What is the growth potential like compared to FANG? Are there typically good raises or bonuses?
