Have similar offers from above four companies. started my 2 week notice.
I am good with TC, team, tech stack of above offers. Have a week more to choose and join one.

Have been thinking since last 2 days still trying to figure out and come to conclusion.

considering WLB, future career opportunities, my growth in the company are my deciding factors
please help me with your thoughts.

Below is what i have currently in my mind in order of 1-4

1. Swiggy
2. Media.net(didn't find much insights for this on blind or outside)
3. Amazon
4. Zeta

Offered TC: 50
Yoe: 3.2

Previous TC: 26

    OP Amazon's TC seems to be lower than the internal band.

    The internal band now starts at 55 and end at 79. You should negotiate.

      Not really required when the lower band has become 55. All the newly promoted SDE 2s are getting 55 as the bare minimum. 😊

      Your first point is WLB and in that case Amazon comes last in the four names.
      So for WLB Zeta and Swiggy are good options.
      Don't know much about Media.net
      Learning opportunities I believe would be same at the three companies as they all are good in terms of tech.
      Amazon is good for international transfer but comes at a cost of bad WLB and PIP
      You can inquire about your team at Amazon and check if WLB is good or bad.
      If bad, go with Zeta or Swiggy whoever pays well.
