I have an Pinterest offer, and they told me that we are going IPO next year. Valuation is 12.4Billion, My other offer is Amazon A9 that has base + cash + few stock for first 2 years. Assuming they both are almost the same on TC, is it worth to take risk on Pinterest, assuming it will grow? How does the future of Pinterest look like?

Sorry I might be missing something, but what's the draw for Pinterest that justifies 12 billion valuation? I have used Pinterest for some time, but didn't really understand it's moat. I go there to see some cool pictures when bored, that's it.
They make it easy to find stuff, and the next step is executing sales/analytics based on the discovery.
